Does FootID Pro work on Android?

ORDERING

How do I submit a repair order?

Go to Orders, select the patient, choose Reorder with Modifications, and enter "Repair" in the Special Instructions field.

How do I reorder the exact same device?

Go to Orders, select the patient, and choose Reorder with No Changes.

How do I order a second pair with changes?

Go to Orders, select the patient, and choose Reorder with Changes.

How do I update a submitted order?

Go to Orders, select the patient, click the pencil icon, and choose the section you would like to update.

What is the update or cancellation window?

Orders can only be updated or cancelled within 24 hours of submission.

SUPPORT

Can you refurbish devices from other labs?

Yes. Devices from other labs can be mailed to us for refurbishment, and we provide a complimentary FedEx return label.

Can I request a rush order?

Please ask during your call. Rush-order availability may vary depending on production capacity and timing.
