Print FedEx Label

Print USPS Label

It takes approximately 5-8 business days in-house to create fully custom orthotics from the day the order is received at the lab with a physical cast or digitally with a scan submission. Turn around times vary depending on the nature and complexity of the specific order as well as the quantity of orders in the production process. There are high demand times throughout the year especially at the end of the calendar year, however order volume does vary day to day.

Clarifications and requested
Clarifications and requested consultations on orthotic orders will extend the in-house turnaround time depending on communication required. If you do need to communicate with the lab regarding an order, consider responding quickly to reduce turnaround time.

Inbound Shipments

Inbound shipments to the lab of physical casts and impressions, consider inbound transit times which contribute to total turnaround time. For example, clients shipping casts to KevinRoot Medical via Fedex will experience up to 5 days of inbound transit time.

  • FedEx Ground shipments can take up to 5 days coming from the East coast, Midwest can take 3-5 days, West/Northwest 2-3 days and shipments to the lab within southern California will arrive in 1 day (overnight) to arrive at KevinRoot Medical in Southern California.
  • USPS can take a day or two longer than FedEx Ground shipments to be received at the lab
  • Digital submission of Foot Impression with Foot ID or KevinRoot Medical App will be received instantly.

Outbound Shipments

Outbound Orthotic orders ships throughout the continental United States via Fedex 2nd Day Express service. The exception to this 2nd day service are clients in Southern California who will receive orders with FedEx ground service which comes overnight (one day)

*Orders that have large objects such as shoes or other materials will be shipped ground throughout the continental US unless other arrangements are made with client service

**These outbound transit times do not apply to AFO or Brace orders unless prior arrangements are made.
