Pricing depends on the device type: non-carbon options, XT Carbon, and TL Carbon each have different pricing. We usually review pricing after we understand your clinic’s needs and the types of devices you expect to order.
No. We do not currently offer discounts based on order volume.
Custom orthotics include a 3-month warranty covering frame contour changes and padding adjustments. When needed, we make new pairs instead of asking patients to go without their orthotics.
Domestic shipping is typically about $17–$18. One FedEx box usually fits 2–3 custom foot orthotics, so the fee can often be split across multiple orders.
Yes. For international clients, we ask for the shipping address and run a mock shipment to estimate freight costs.
No contract is required.
Yes. FootID Pro is completely free to set up and use.
Yes. Samples are free and encouraged. Providers receive 2 free pairs per year, plus 50% off for staff on additional pairs.

The patient’s feet must turn green on screen before scanning activates. If the button is missing, check lighting, foot positioning, and whether the feet are fully visible to the camera.
We schedule a training session with Jacob for a live walkthrough of the scanning process.
