The following is a video using progressive resistance bands to strengthen the 2 peroneal tendons. When patients are supinators in general, have a history of instability and falls, or have had previous ankle sprains, these exercises are crucial. Both stabilize the lateral ankle and foot, with the peroneus longus stabilizing the arch and medial column also.
